At our first meeting I will complete the Notice of Intention to Marry form for you.

You will need to bring your birth certificates or passports.

A booking fee of $150.00 will be required to confirm your date and time with me. This is a non refundable booking fee.

The remainder of costs must be paid in full not less than seven days prior to the wedding.

Payments may be made in cash or by cheque.

Any payment made after the seven days must be paid in cash.

All payment and refund policies will be clearly displayed on the Statement of Fees.
